AEW Dynamite & Collision Viewership & Ratings Report, 10/14/2026
"AEW Grand Slam France" may have delivered some well received tapings for both "AEW Dynamite" and "AEW Collision," but it had a less positive effect on "Dynamite's" ratings thanks to moving from Wednesday to Tuesday night. One week later, however, "Dynamite" returned to its normal timeslot and with it came its usual viewership. Wrestlenomics reports that the October 14th "Dynamite" on Wednesday drew 715K total viewers and a 0.14 in 18-49. Meanwhile, the one hour block of "Collision" which aired immediately after "Dynamite" drew 514K total viewers and a 0.10 in the key demo.
As expected, given its change back to its normal timeslot, "Dynamite" was up across the board, with total viewership rising 44% from 495K while 18-49 was up 27% from 0.11 from October 6. Both categories saw drops against the four week average, falling 5% and 12% from averages of 754K and 0.16K, revealing the show was slightly down from the weeks prior to "Grand Slam France." Even still, it was a good night overall for "Dynamite," which ranked #3 on the night on all of cable.
Outside of its normal day, "Collision" drew some of its strongest numbers in recent memory, up 38% in total viewership and 150% in 18-49 from the 372K and 0.05 drawn on October 10. Unlike "Dynamite," "Collision" had gains against the four week average, up 37% in total viewership and 100% in the key demo, though both gains were likely due to the new night. Though "Collision" didn't maintain all of "Dynamite's" audience, it still did well enough to finish #8 on the night, giving AEW two shows ranked in the top ten in cable.
Serving as the go-home shows for AEW WrestleDream, "Dynamite" and "Collision" each featured the final qualifying matches for the AEW Men's World Championship Clockwork Carnage match. Ultimately, Adam Copeland, Konosuke Takeshita, Kazuchika Okada, Ricochet, and Darby Allin all would secure spots, defeating Josh Alexander, Brian Cage, Myron Reed, Ace Austin, and Hechicero respectively.
