Many agree that there will never be another man like former WWE CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon in the pro wrestling industry ever again. However, the adjectives used to describe McMahon vary from person to person. Spending a big chunk of his tenure working under McMahon, Paul Heyman said regardless of what he thought of him, McMahon doesn't seem to be the type to care what others think of his moral character.

"No, I don't think Vince ever considered himself a good man. I don't think he cared about it. I don't think that was part of his self-judgement. I don't think he felt he was placed on this planet to be a good man," Heyman said candidly on "In Depth With Graham Bensinger."

Expanding on that comment, Heyman mentioned that the most difficult part of working for McMahon was trying to keep up with his ethics and vision, which the Hall of Famer described as "impossible," as the former CEO worked non-stop. Yet, he went on to say that McMahon's work ethic was unparalleled, and that it was "inspiring" yet "paralyzing" to Heyman.

Heyman Describes Past Boardroom Disputes With McMahon and His Power Play Moves in the ECW Relaunch

Later in the interview, Heyman described the tumultuous exchanges he and McMahon had regarding the business during their countless meetings. He revealed that a lot of F-bombs were thrown between them. Rather than take the high road, McMahon relished in those confrontations, which Heyman called "childish battles." The worst one he could recall was how McMahon bait and switched his authority during the relaunch of ECW in 2006.

"When we relaunched ECW, he told me he was putting me in charge of it, and 30 seconds later, [he] started stripping me of any authority that I had in controlling or contouring or tailoring or creating the product," Heyman answered.

Because of that interference, Heyman felt it was all around terrible for the product, for the company, but most importantly, its fans. The ECW reboot permanently shut its doors on February 16, 2010.
