Chad Gable Identifies Young WWE Star As 'Next Big Guy' In Pro Wrestling

Having been in pro wrestling for a very long time, Chad Gable knows a thing or two about identifying an "it factor" in rising stars. During a recent interview, Gable named someone who he believes has just that.

While on "Busted Open Radio," Gable weighed in on Je'Von Evans. He was able to spend a lot of time with "The Young OG" while doing press for this year's WWE SummerSlam, and it showed him a different side of Evans. Gable said that his in-ring ability speaks for itself.

"But hearing him talk about his goals, his ambitions, and the way he talks about wrestling was kind of what lit a fire under me. It was nice to see a kid as young as him talk in the way that he did. He speaks very maturely about his goals in wrestling and how he approaches it and where he came from as well, his background. I'm a huge fan of his and for my money, he's my pick as the next big guy."

Evans has wowed fans with his in-ring ability, but Gable pointed to his promo before Money in the Bank as one of the ways he's going to truly get over when given the opportunity.
