Tiffany Stratton Cashes In On Chelsea Green After WWE Crown Jewel Victory
WWE Women's Champion Chelsea Green upset WWE Women's World Champion Liv Morgan to win the Women's Crown Jewel Championship at WWE Crown Jewel. But then Tiffany Stratton cashed in Money in the Bank, turning on Green to claim the Women's title for her second reign.
Morgan started the match comfortable in her advantage, taking her time to pick away at and goad Green. Green slapped her back and rallied to send Morgan out of the ring, but the Women's World Champion resumed control when she got back between the ropes.
That theme continued throughout the contest, Morgan dominating and Green left to fight from underneath, getting going but ultimately being halted. Green managed to connect with Rough Ryder for a near-fall, but then shortly after that found herself cinched in a half-crab and forced to expend energy struggling for the rope.
A suicide dive changed the tide for Green once more, bringing her back in the ring and delivering Unpretty-her, going for the cover but Morgan got her foot on the bottom rope. Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez came down to ringside, providing distraction enough to give Morgan the advantage.
Morgan sent Rodriguez and Perez to the back, telling them that she had Green handled. They got back in the ring and Morgan sought ObLivion for the win. Green held onto the ropes to stall the move, pinning Morgan for the winning three-count.
Morgan attacked Green as she was presented the Crown Jewel title belt, prompting Stratton to run down and seemingly make the save. She indicated she wanted to cash in, thus prompting Perez and Rodriguez to run down to the ring and try to stop her. Green stopped them from getting in the ring and turned into Stratton's briefcase, after which she cashed in on Green and claimed the Women's Championship with a PME.
Green is now the third unique Women's Crown Jewel Champion since the belt was introduced in 2024. Morgan was the inaugural holder and now holds the distinction of being the first former winner to lose a Women's Crown Jewel Championship match.
