WWE RAW Viewership Up From Last Week's Historic Low With SSD Fallout And Major Sports Competition
Monday's WWE RAW, featuring fallout from WWE Super Show-Down with advertised appearances by WWE Hall of Famers Shawn Michaels and Trish Stratus, drew 2.374 million viewers. This is up 3% from last week's 2.302 million viewers, which was a new historic low for the show. This week's number is the third lowest viewership in the history of the show and featured a SSD rematch in the main event with Braun Strowman and RAW Tag Team Champions Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre defeating The Shield.
For this week's show, the first hour drew 2.533 million viewers (last week's hour 1 – 2.500 million), the second hour drew 2.388 million viewers (last week's hour 2 – 2.325 million) and the final hour drew 2.200 million viewers (last week's hour 3 – 2.081 million).
RAW was #11 for the night in viewership on cable, behind the NFL's Monday Night Football on ESPN, the MLB Division Series game on ESPN, Monday Night Kickoff, The Story, Tucker Carlson Tonight, Hannity, SportsCenter at midnight, The Ingraham Angle, The Five and Special Report. RAW was #5 in the 18-49 demographic this week, behind Monday Night Football, Monday Night Kickoff, the MLB Division Series game and SportsCenter.
The NFL's Monday Night Football topped the night in the 18-49 demographic and in viewership this week, for the fifth week in a row. The Saints vs. Redskins game drew 10.506 million viewers. The MLB game between the Yankees and the Red Sox drew 4.405 million viewers, coming in at #3 in the 18-49 demographic.
Dancing With The Stars drew 7.221 million viewers on broadcast TV in the 8pm hour while The Neighborhood drew 6.430 million viewers, The Voice drew 9.557 million viewers, The Resident drew 4.916 million viewers and the iHeart Radio Music Festival drew 608,000 viewers, all in the 8pm hour on broadcast TV.
