Special guest commentator Jon Quasto and returning Aiden English welcome fans to a brand new episode of 205 Live! The first match of the night is announced.

Tyler Breeze vs. Ariya Daivari

Breeze lands several strikes as the match begins. Daivari fires back with a kick to Breeze's midsection. Daivari puts Breeze in the corner. Breeze gets out of it with an enziguri. Daivari with a dropkick sends Breeze to the outside. Both men make it back in the ring. Daivari with a cutter off the top rope. He goes for the cover and Breeze kicks out. Daivari with a side headlock, keeps Breeze down for awhile. Breeze slowly rises to his feet and breaks out of the hold. Daivari tries to ware down Breeze with a neck hold. Breeze breaks out and both men slam into one another with a double crossbody. Breeze with a basement dropkick, followed by a big lariat. Daivari sends Breeze into the corner and lands multiple forearm strikes on him. Breeze off the rope with a Supermodel Kick, cover, Daivari kicks out. Breeze with the Unprettier, cover, Daivari puts his foot on the bottom rope. Breeze holds on tight as Daivari rolls up in a pin position, cover, Breeze wins.

Winner: Tyler Breeze

Backstage:Daivari is furious after his loss. Brian Kendrick sees how upset he is and says that Daivari looks like he could use a friend. He then heads out to the ring for his match.

Up next, the second match of the evening!

Danny Burch vs. The Brian Kendrick

Burch wastes little time and sends Kendrick around the ring. Burch with a few kicks puts Kendrick down. On the outside, Burch slams Kendrick's head on top of the steel stairs. He does it again. Kendrick counters by pushing Burch shoulder-first towards the steel stairs. Burch makes his way back in the ring and Kendrick locks in the Captain's Hook. Burch climbs to this feet, falls over, and Kendrick locks it in again. Burch rolls out of it. Burch off the second rope connects a dropkick on Kendrick. Burch goes for the cover, Kendrick kicks out at 2. Burch with a German Suplex, followed by a headbutt, cover, Kendrick kicks out. Kendrick with a poke to Burch's eye. Burch attempts Sliced Bread #2, Burch counters it. Daivari shows up to distract Burch on the apron. Kendrick rolls Burch up, cover, Kendrick wins.

Winner: The Brian Kendrick

And now, the main event!

Lio Rush vs. Tony Nese

Both men begin the match by talking smack and showing off. Nese flexes his arms. Nese with a push, Rush pushes back. Nese with a powerful shoulder tackle sends Rush down on the canvas. Nese sweeps the legs of Rush, who is sitting on the top rope. Nese with a crossbody, cover, Rush kicks out. Rush dives through the middle rope, slamming Nese into the announce table. Nese with a spin kick, cover, Rush kicks out at 2. Nese sends Rush into the turnbuckles. Nese with a dropkick, cover, Rush kicks out again. Nese slows Rush down with a submission hold. Rush breaks out of the hold after landing multiple left and right strikes. Rush gets caught midair, Rush rolls Nese up. Rush with the Come Up (bottom rope cutter), cover, Nese kicks out. Nese with a hard slap flies up and over. Nese off the top rope with a moonsault, no one's home. Nese climbs to the top, Rush kicks the rope, sending Nese off. Rush climbs to the top, gets kicked in the face by Nese. Both men try to climb up on the top rope, but fall off after hitting one another. Nese sends Rush over the announce table. Nese runs back into the ring before the 10 count, Rush does not. Nese wins the match via count-out.

Winner: Tony Nese
