Backstage Update On Injury Suffered By TNA Star Rosemary

One-half of the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions, Rosemary, is on the shelf following an undisclosed injury reportedly suffered an independent event, and a new report indicates she won't be rejoining partner Allie, or the newly-returned Kierra Hogan, anytime soon. Bryan Alvarez gave an update on Rosemary's situation on the latest edition of "Wrestling Observer Radio."

"Rosemary is apparently going to be out for quite awhile, so that's the story there," Alvarez said.

According to a previous report from Fightful Select, Rosemary suffered the injury at a Firestarter show. The outlet also reported she will miss a "significant amount of time." No word was given in the report about what injury the star may have suffered.

Her last match in TNA was in the Knockouts Television Title tournament on July 1, where she was defeated by M By Elegance. She and Allie won the Knockouts World Tag Team titles from the Elegance Brand back at TNA Slammiversary on June 28. The pair, known as DemonxBunny, reunited back in March when Allie, the former "Bunny" in AEW, returned to TNA.

DemonxBunny were set to defend their tag gold at TNA Lockdown on Sunday. Instead of facing Heather and M By Elegance alone, however, Allie called on the help of former two-time Knockouts Champion Hogan, who came to her aid to help defend the titles.

It was revealed during the show that Hogan is officially signed to TNA. Hogan left TNA in 2021 to wrestle for AEW and ROH.
