One of the biggest running jokes amongst the internet wrestling community right now is the fact that veteran wrestling journalist, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, has yet to watch and give a star rating to Maya World and Mercedes Mone's Owen Hart Foundation finals match at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door. The event happened at the end of June, but on "Wrestling Observer Radio," Meltzer has commented numerous times that work has piled up for him and he hasn't had time to watch it.

Former TBS Champion Maya World was asked what she thought about it all ahead of AEW All In London, where she faced Persephone for the title. World told Adrian Hernandez that she just doesn't care.

"It's like, everybody else can joke about it online, but I can't joke about it," she said. "They're like, 'Why do you even care that he's not rating it?' I'm like, 'We can't just have like a silly, silly goofy moment? Like we can't just laugh about it?' It's funny because someone asked me, 'What is this beef between you and Dave Meltzer?' I was like 'We don't have beef!' I'm so confused. I'm chilling. He's chilling. He just didn't rate the match. I don't care at this point. But, like you said, it looks weird on him. Just rate it. You think it's a one-star match, that's not gonna change my mind, or anybody else who watched it."

The women's Forbidden Door match was highly touted by fans on Cagematch, and the bout sits at a 9.32 rating with 404 votes. Meltzer did rate World's match against Persephone on the Buy-In ahead of All In London, giving it 2.25 stars.
