Former WWE Star Joe Gacy Hopes Wyatt Sicks Will Get Back Together Eventually
After spending the last several years together in WWE, Wyatt Sicks members Joe Gacy, Bo Dallas, Nikki Cross, Erick Rowan, and Dexter Lumis find themselves at a crossroads, having been released from WWE earlier this year and now scattered across the independent circuit. For now though, Gacy is remaining optimistic that the group won't splinter too far apart. In an interview with "Denise Salcedo," Gacy revealed that there were plans for the group to still do stuff in some form, and that he hasn't given up on the idea of a full reunion.
"I'm hoping," Gacy said. "Unfortunately, everybody's starting to branch off and doing their own things here and there. But I'm hoping we can get the band back together....We have some stuff where me and Dexter are tagging. I think we have something where me, Dexter and Rowan are going to be tagging. And I think there's at least one show where me, Dexter, Rowan, and Nikki are on the show together. I can't speak for Bo, I don't really know what the future looks like for him. But yeah. I mean, I would love to. I would hope that maybe one day we can all get back together and do something again. I think it be a lot of fun."
Of the Wyatt Sicks members, Gacy has remained the most active under his new name Joseph Sawyer, winning the GCW World Heavyweight Championship and, as he noted, occasionally still teaming with Shaw. Meanwhile, Cross has continued her in-ring career while also becoming the owner of PROGRESS Wrestling alongside her husband, Big Damo, while Rowan and Dallas have kept a lower profile, with Rowan wrestling only one match since his WWE release while Dallas hasn't wrestled at all.
