The September 14 edition of "WWE Raw" hosted the main roster debuts of two rising stars: Lola Vice and Kelani Jordan. In Vice's case, hers corresponded with her official call-up from the "WWE NXT" brand. Jordan's, meanwhile, emerged for a slightly different reason.

According to Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select, WWE booked Jordan on "Raw" in order to introduce her to a mainstream TV audience. The former gymnast currently reigns as the NXT Women's Champion, and upon the conclusion of her title run, she's reportedly planned for a formal call-up of her own.

Regarding when Jordan might officially ascend to WWE's main roster, the outlet indicated that the end of 2026 is currently being circled by those within WWE. Around that time, "Raw" and "SmackDown" talents will head to Australia for Wrestlepalooza: Perth. The John Cena Classic, which will feature names from "Raw," "SmackDown," and "NXT," is also expected to take place toward the end of this year.

Jordan joined WWE in 2022 after a successful tryout during that year's SummerSlam weekend. Her "NXT" TV debut followed the next year. In 2024 and 2025, she then enjoyed reigns as NXT Women's North American and TNA Knockouts World Champion. At last month's "NXT" Heatwave premiun live event, she unseated Kendal Grey to become the new NXT Women's Champion; a successful first title defense against Jaida Parker came shortly after.

On this week's "Raw," Jordan competed in a triple threat Women's Money in the Bank qualifier alongside Vice and The Judgment Day's Raquel Rodriguez. Vice picked up the win by pinning Rodriguez.
