WWE star Ivy Nile, real name Emily Andzulis, may not be as active as many fans wish she was in a WWE ring as late, but she keeps busy with her fitness instructor husband, Ari Levy, and their YouTube channel "Ari and Emily." In their videos, the pair work out alongside Nile's fellow WWE stars, and recently, another name not booked often on the main roster, Kiana James, stopped by for a workout.

In addition to the workouts, Nile and Levy get their guests talking about all sorts of topics. When speaking about how many pull-ups she could do, James revealed she was once worried about her upper body strength post-breast augmentation, and explained the process she went through to protect herself.

"Typically they like to put your implant under the muscle because then it looks more natural," James said. "It looks more natural because what you're seeing is the person's skin and flesh, and the fake part is like, way under. It just depends on how your body recovers, because they rip your muscle off the bone and put something underneath... I wanted mine over. I was like, 'Just slide it in there, don't mess with my muscle.' They're like, 'Well, it could look a little bit more artificial.' But I was like, 'Don't touch my muscle.' Three weeks after surgery, I was doing push-ups, pull-ups."

James didn't specify just when she went under the knife, but she was away from the ring with a leg injury for over a year, after having just been drafted to "WWE Raw" from "WWE NXT" in April 2024. The star would return on "WWE SmackDown," where she'd quickly be paired with Giulia, in July 2025.
