After multiple date changes, WWE Money in the Bank is finally upon us, with five high-profile matches on its card and what will be a jam-packed Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Per PLE tradition, two briefcases will hang above the ring, guaranteeing their holders a title match of their choosing over the next 365 days. The lineup for the 2026 Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match contains a pair of former world champions, one of whom is also a two-time MITB winner. The women's, on the other hand, boasts an overwhelmingly fresh slate, with only one former world champion and MITB holder in the mix.

This year's men's MITB field is as follows: CM Punk, Kevin Owens, Bron Breakker, Je'Von Evans, Penta, and WWE United States Champion Trick Williams. Punk previously captured the Money in the Bank briefcase in 2008 and 2009; both of his cash-ins emerged successful. The women's match iteration will feature Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Jacy Jayne, Roxanne Perez, Lash Legend, and Tiffany Stratton, the latter of whom cashed in her 2024 briefcase for the WWE Women's Championship.

Elsewhere on the show, Stephanie Vaquer will defend the WWE Women's World Championship in a triple threat also involving Becky Lynch and The Judgment Day's Liv Morgan. A no contest in Monday's number one contender's match led to both Lynch and Morgan receiving the opportunity to challenge "La Primera."

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns will put his respective title on the line against LA Knight at Money in the Bank. "The MegaStar" made his championship aspirations known months ago, but it wasn't until after Reigns' successful defense over Penta that his request was granted.

Finally, in non-title competition, Oba Femi will take on The Vision's Bronson Reed. Reed returned to WWE last month to interrupt Femi's singles clash with Bron Breakker. Ever since, tensions between the two have only intensified.
