WWE's Cody Rhodes Teases Change To American Nightmare Logo In Tribute To His Late Dog
Cody Rhodes has one of the most recognizable tattoos in wrestling: the skull tattoo on the side of his neck, which is the logo for the "American Nightmare." The tattoo is featured on all of his merch and WWE even sells temporary tattoos of it.
During an interview with Flagrant, Rhodes was discussing filming the new "Street Fighter" movie. He said his tattoos had to be covered up, though his character, Guile, has two tattoos of his own. Rhodes said he regrets the size of his neck tattoo, but loves the art. He also revealed a new take on the logo will be coming soon.
"It's going to be a wolf skull that's turned with the wings out to the side because I just lost my husky, Pharaoh, after almost 16 years," Rhodes said. "And I thought I'm going to give him a little run and see that logo, just turn it, side profile; husky, wolf, dire wolf type looking thing. See what they come up with. But should be pretty cool."
