WWE legend Bully Ray has named the wrestler who would be a perfect fit in the 946 faction.

It seems that 946 and The Bloodline are on a collision course for a Survivor Series match next month, with the former still needing one more member. Fans have discussed several potential candidates, including Drew McIntyre, whom Ray dismissed as a suitable option. Instead, the Hall of Famer suggested LA Knight as the right pick.

"Drew McIntyre is a complete disconnect for 946," Ray began on "Busted Open." "The real answer is because that's logical, and sometimes people just want to come up with these ideas, like suggesting Drew McIntyre so they can say, 'I suggested Drew McIntyre' if it was ever Drew McIntyre. That feels very, very forced, just as if people say, 'Oh, well, Roman Reigns is going to be with 946.' There's one name that works best — LA Knight. Why? Because it makes sense in the story. And what was the last thing we heard in this story?"

The Hall of Famer explained how Knight had stuck with Solo Sikoa on the belief that the latter wouldn't go back to The Bloodline. With Sikoa now once again pledging allegiance to his family, Knight would be aggrieved, which would make sense for him to join 946.

"Solo after guaranteeing to LA Knight that he was not going to go back to the Bloodline, said, 'Are we cool?' LA Knight said, 'Yeah,' and then Solo last night went back to the Bloodline, which leads me to believe that LA Knight is not going to be cool, and now LA Knight is going to have to do something about it," he said.

Ray proposed a storyline in which Knight would likely have to turn heel if he joined 946, but argued that it wouldn't have to be a definitive heel turn like John Cena's betrayal of Cody Rhodes. He suggested that Knight could argue that Sikoa had forced him to join 946.
