"WWE SmackDown" recovered some of the viewership it lost on the October 23 edition, with both viewership and ratings increasing for the October 30 show.

The blue brand's viewership for last week's show increased by 6%, according to "Wrestlenomics," rising from 1,100,000 to 1,162,000 viewers for the show that aired from the Charleston Coliseum. The previous two weeks had seen a decline in viewership, beginning with the October 16 show, which dropped to 1,330,000 from 1,350,000. The following week's show fell even further to the aforementioned 1,100,000 viewers. Last week's show, despite the increase, remained below the four-week average of 1,257,000 viewers.

Meanwhile, the 18-49 key demographic rating also increased, rising from 0.24 to 0.26. However, despite the improvement, it remained below the average of the previous few weeks. The monthly average for this metric currently stands at 0.29, putting last week's show way below that mark.

Last week's show began and ended with world title matches, with both Chelsea Green and Sami Zayn successfully retaining their titles against Nikki Bella and Trick Williams, respectively. This coming week's show will be a taped event, taking place after this week's "Raw," as WWE's stars will be heading to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel.
