Backstage News On Internal Reaction To WWE Raw Segment Involving The Vision, Oba Femi

On "WWE Raw", a taped up Oba Femi came to the ring to confront The Vision after Bronson Reed returned the night before at Sunday Night's Main Event and caused a disqualification in his match against Bron Breakker. Following Sunday's match, Reed delivered multiple tsunamis to Femi. On Monday, Femi attacked Reed and Breakker. Austin Theory hit him with a chair, but they didn't stop Femi. Reed once again landed multiple tsunamis on Femi. Following the beatdown, The Vision stood over Femi and Reed put his foot on Femi's back. Femi shoved his boot off his back.

According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, there was chatter backstage about the moment. The moment was not scripted and caught some people off guard. Some of the people they spoke to didn't seem to like it. It is unclear if they mean that they didn't like Reed putting his foot on Femi's back or Femi pushing his foot off instead of selling the beatdown.

Reed returned on Sunday following recovery from a successful surgery on a torn bicep he suffered in February. Prior to his return, it was reported that Reed would be a top level heel and would likely be feuding with Femi.
