Update On Kip Sabian & Penelope Ford's AEW Futures

A new report has provided an update on the AEW contracts of husband-wife duo Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford.

There were suggestions that Sabian and Ford's contracts with AEW would expire sometime in 2026, a theory which has been rejected by Fightful Select. The report by Fightful claimed that a source in AEW informed them that Sabian and Ford's AEW contracts have several years remaining, as they reportedly re-signed with Tony Khan's promotion, although no details have been revealed regarding the length of the deals. The report added that their deals are "nowhere" near expiring at this moment.

Ford and Sabian haven't been seen on AEW television for months, but the duo did feature in a video montage for the late Andy "The Butcher" Williams, which aired on "AEW Collision." 

Ford's absence from AEW could be due to an injury she suffered at the start of the year, during a tag team match in which she teamed with Megan Bayne against the Babes of Wrath, with her reportedly suffering an ankle injury. Sabian, on the other hand, hasn't wrestled in AEW since last September, although he featured in April this year for AEW's sister promotion, ROH, which was his last recorded match.
