Joe Hendry has commented on his musical concert with Danhausen on "WWE Raw," and how they tried their best to entertain the fans.

Hendry and Danhausen were joined by boxer Ryan Garcia in a musical segment on the July 27, 2026, edition of "WWE Raw," which wasn't well received by fans and pundits, including Bully Ray, who said that it fell flat. Hendry acknowledged that the segment didn't go as planned, telling Chris Van Vliet on "Insight" that receiving so much feedback has been an eye-opener for him.

"It was an interesting experience for me because what I've learned is that when you do something that isn't received how you'd want it to be received, in previous companies, it's just whatever, you know, on to the next. Whereas now, because of the global platform that we have, these moments don't just go away," he explained. "You're getting so much feedback, good and bad, from people. It was an adjustment, I think, for a small period of time there."

He said that he doesn't have any regrets about the segment, explaining that he's always willing to take risks to entertain the audience. Hendry said that he will take whatever feedback he gets and continue experimenting and trying new things.

"I've realized the pathway to success for me is taking big swings. Like, I think that this album is a big swing," he explained. "And I think that when you take big swings, the cost of that is not everything that you do is going to hit 100%. But I will say this, I can hand on heart say that we genuinely tried our best to deliver for the audience. And I always do. That's all I'm trying to do is just entertain the audience as best I can. I'm not going to necessarily be successful 100% of the time, but I think our hit rate is pretty good, and I'm proud of the effort that goes in."

Hendry said in another interview that he doesn't dwell on mistakes, instead focusing on doing better in the future.
