NBA Star Tyrese Haliburton Posts Comeback Video Featuring Numerous WWE Talent
Don't just call it a comeback, but a relentless drive to win. NBA Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton is making his return to the court this Wednesday, and he had a little help from some WWE friends to make the announcement.
On X [formerly known as Twitter] and across Haliburton's social media pages, the basketball star posted a video of his comeback journey after tearing his right Achilles tendon in Game 7 of the NBA Finals. Along with his journey, clips of WWE stars were shown, including Charlotte Flair, Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, and Seth Rollins, who have all faced career-derailing injuries in their time, and their path towards redemption to get back into the ring. At the end of the video, you can hear Hall of Famer and WWE's Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque drop his famous three words, "Are you ready?"

A big fan of wrestling, Haliburton has appeared on WWE programming several times over the years, including his most recent appearance at Saturday Night's Main Event on July 18, where he helped Rollins even the odds with his attack on Roman Reigns and the 2026 Finals Champion and New York Knicks member Jalen Brunson.
Haliburton and the Pacers will face the New Orleans Pelicans at the Smoothie King Center this Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET.
