Austin Creed and Kofi have enjoyed a new lease of life in AEW after years in WWE, with Samoa Joe believing the move will allow them to showcase their full repertoire.

Joe knows a thing or two about trading WWE for AEW, with the veteran star finding considerable success in Tony Khan's promotion, including two reigns as world champion. He recently spoke to "The Takedown on SI," where he asserted that AEW fans would have a chance to see The New Level take their wrestling to another level and showcase things they have never seen from Creed and Kofi.

"I think if anything, you're going to start seeing the kind of the range and the variety and the actual flexibility they have stylistically," said Joe. "You know, I think for a lot of years, you might have seen a more restrained version of what they were in the past [in WWE], and I think now you're going to kind of see them to their full potential."

The New Level aren't worried about adapting to their new surroundings in AEW, insisting they can thrive in any environment. They explained that their new tag team name reflects their desire to take themselves to a new level while bringing a higher level of competition to AEW.

Creed and Kofi were part of a team that helped revive tag team wrestling in WWE for years, alongside the likes of The Usos. The duo could look to recreate that success in AEW, where they would face teams like FTR, Cage and Cope, the Motor City Machine Guns, and potentially The Young Bucks, who could be their biggest rivals in AEW. Kofi has admitted that a rivalry with Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks was one of the main reasons that he and Creed joined AEW.
