Former Undisputed WWE Champion Drew McIntyre has had plenty of excellent feuds throughout his career, most recently, against Cody Rhodes, then Jacob Fatu, before his hiatus from the company due to Hollywood obligations. On a recent episode of "Insight with Chris Van Vliet," "The Scottish Psychopath" was asked about his greatest rivalries, outside of the one seemingly rooted in real life, against CM Punk.

McIntyre named former WWE star Sheamus, now going by S. Farrelly, who he's known for over 20 years and fought against across the globe, as well as Seth Rollins. There's one man, who stands out among everyone to McIntyre, however.

"Roman [Reigns], my kryptonite," McIntyre said. "Still haven't defeated [him] to this day. Need to get him before it's all said and done. Him and his stupid family."

McIntyre and Reigns have faced off one-on-one five times throughout their careers, with their most recent bout taking place for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at Clash at the Castle 2022 in Wales. McIntyre has often blamed Reigns and the rest of the Bloodline for costing him opportunities.

In 2025, the men were on opposing WarGames teams, with McIntyre's heel team getting the win over Reigns, the Usos, Rhodes, and Punk. Reigns is headed into this year's WarGames match as World Heavyweight Champion, seemingly set to team with the Bloodline against the 946 rather than defend his title on the show. McIntyre has been teasing his WWE return in various interviews, after last being seen at WrestleMania 42 in April.
