Jamie Hayter Reacts To Britt Baker's AEW Return At All In 2026
Britt Baker's return at AEW All In took many by surprise, including Jamie Hayter, who was happy for her.
Baker appeared at Wembley Stadium in London wearing a mask and interfered in the match between Maya World and Persephone, helping the latter win the AEW TBS Championship. In the post-match presser, Hayter — the current AEW Women's World Tag Team Champion alongside Alex Windsor — wondered what her relationship with Baker looks like now following Baker's long hiatus, but said she was happy for Baker.
"Of course [I'd be interested in being in a storyline with Baker.] It's been such a long time since me and Britt interacted, been in the same room, been in the same ring together. I just don't know what would happen. Are we going to be cool? Are we going to fight? What is it going to be? But the point really is today was, I think, a great moment for her to come back, to get back in the mix, show her face at AEW," said Hayter. "Much like me, coming back at Wembley, there really isn't a better stage for it. So I think it was a special moment."
With The Brawling Birds winning the Women's Tag Team titles at All In, they're keen to be fighting champions, which Hayter said confidently when talking about Baker. She suggested that there's a possibility of Baker teaming with Persephone, a tag team Hayter welcomed to challenge them for the tag titles.
"I'm very interested to see what she does with Persephone, because if they're teaming up then, you know, we've got these tag belts. So just saying," she added.
Baker's return was reportedly a last-minute call, with her arriving in London on the day of the show before making her first appearance on AEW television since 2024.
