  • Mark has been an avid viewer, reader, listener and participant in everything wrestling related from a very early age. Since March 2022, Mark has been writing for sites such as Wrestling Inc, BodySlam, Wrestlezone, and Wrestle Inn. Mark considers himself an analytical wrestling obsessive, and loves reporting on, and discussing his wrestling views at any given opportunity.
  • Mark is a qualified Funds professional, working across a number of different areas within the investment funds and banking spaces, since 2015. He is a university graduate, and Bachelor of commerce from UCD in Dublin Ireland. He has completed numerous other professions qualifications and certifications since graduating from UCD, while working full time.
  • From July 2010 to October 2021, Mark played both professional and semi professional rugby, at numerous different levels, including underage provincial and representative levels. He has won numerous All Ireland and Provincial level competitions, and competed against other international club sides as well. Since 2017, he has coached rugby at various levels, balancing this with his day job, study, and playing responsibilities.


Through his exposure to professional and semi professional rugby environments, Mark has become proficient in coaching strength and conditioning.
