It appears former WWE NXT Superstar Marina Shafir has signed with AEW.

On this week’s AEW Dynamite, a video package aired highlighting Shafir’s path of domination on AEW Dark, and it was noted that she continues to be “a problem” for the women’s roster.

Shafir made her Dark debut last December in a loss against Kris Statlander. However, since that loss, Shafir made quick work of Valentina Rossi, Reka Tehaka, Danielle Kamela and Leila Grey in a series of wins.

Earlier this year, Shafir’s first-ever AEW t-shirt was released on the ShopAEW website, following which reports emerged that the former MMA fighter had signed with AEW. However, AEW President Tony Khan or AEW have yet to officially announce Shafir’s signing. Last December, Shafir took to Twitter to thank Khan, the day after making her Dark debut.
